WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR APPOINTMENT

A consultation with our specialist, during which you will discuss your symptoms, requirements and any question you may have will be answered regarding your insoles and pathology. Our specialist takes the time to get to know you and understand your complaints during the consultation.

Our specialist will then perform a thorough foot and gait assessment, and take a 3D scan of your feet using our OrthoFit digitizer in order to analyze your pressure points and weight distribution. A 3D rendering of your insoles is then created according to your scan and the necessary adjustments are carefully added using our CAD/CAM system. Once we are completely satisfied, the milling process beings using our CNC milling machine.

Once the insoles are complete, they are inserted into your preferred shoe and a walk test is done to ensure you re completely comfortable and that your insoles are providing the desired effect and relief.

The digitzers use only the best Swiss technology to ensure accurate results every time. The digitizer is efficient and easy to use - it consists of more than 500 pins, each containing a sensor that analyzes the foot profile with 464'616 pixels to provide a clear representation of any anomalies that need to be corrected or adjusted.

OrthoWin SQL software allows the user to add various insole corrections, pronation/supination wedges, metatarsal pads, propriopceptive pads, negative elements and personal shapes created in ShapeDesign. The software has been carefully designed for ease of use to ensure a perfectly placed adjustment every time.

Are you interested in becoming a Measuring Centre?

All the Measuring Centre needs to do is take a measurement of their patient's feet on Orthemas Digitizer and forward the data to the Production Centre. Working closely together to ensure 100% satisfaction and the perfect insole every time.

As a site manager, my job is constantly running around. I suffer from persistent inflammation in the achilles tendon area, which is very painful. After I had a pair of OrthoSwiss insoles made, the pain has disappeared.

Apart from running every evening with my dog, Odin, I'm on my feet all day as a waitress. The FeelFit footbeds I purchased have made such a difference in the overall comfort of my feet and legs at the end of the day. Simple and easy to insert.
